GCX Corporation recently launched a newly designed web portal that is highlighted by customer-friendly tools and easily accessible product information.

GCX Corporation recently launched a newly designed web portal that is highlighted by customer-friendly tools and easily accessible product information.

“We’re excited to offer our customers a more intuitive web experience,” said GCX Marketing Communication Manager Kevin Merritt.”That includes a redesigned computer equipment mounting section that enables customers to quickly view related product solutions online. Additionally, we now offer a dedicated Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) product and service offerings section, and a new customer success stories area. Both additions help to better illustrate our ability to collaborate with customers and provide a more-customized solution – something we’ve done for 36 years.

“The redesigned product section showcases the vast array of product solutions offered by GCX. The site employs a consistent navigation system designed to improve the search efficiency for customers who rely on the site on a daily basis, while remaining intuitive for even first time visitors.

In response to OEM customer requests, the new site discusses the collaborative process based on GCX’s exclusive experience within the medical field, and highlights new service offerings including: expanded in-house FDM rapid prototyping capabilities, increased industrial and mechanical engineering services, and industry leading product testing.

GCX has also included a Customer Success section in an effort to collaborate and celebrate customer successes with GCX products and services. Merritt said, “Being able to share customer success stories is really more about recognizing our customers for the way they implement solutions inspired by and then designed for them. Remaining an active partner and supporting our customers is a core value for us.”
