Can an old GCX Roll Stand be upgraded to mount a GE Dash 5000 patient monitor?

If the tilt mechanism at the top of the Roll Stand is as shown in the photo below, the WM-0005-26 mounting plate may be used to upgrade the Roll Stand for use with the Dash family of monitors.
