Press 1 to speak with a representative.
Be prepared to provide the Philips representative with the serial number of the monitor attached to the mount and the Field Corrective Action Number (FCO# 86000227A).
Provide the replacement kit (Philips Part Number 45364612921).
A representative will initiate the order or transfer you to the correct technical agent.
